SMU 66 @ TULANE 52
One of SMU’s most complete second halves allowed the Mustangs to pull away from Tulane at the Devlin Fieldhouse in New Orleans.
SMU held the Green Wave to only six field goals in the second half while shooting 50 percent on their end, as Nic Moore scored 18 points while dishing off the ball to help Markus Kennedy and Yanick Moreira score 14 each.
The Mustangs have now won five in a row and are now only a half game behind Tulsa for the lead in the AAC. They have a vengeance game coming up as Houston comes to Moody on Saturday. The Cougars knocked the Mustangs out of the American Tournament last year.
