A 41-point fourth quarter was still not enough to overcome the hole the Legends dug themselves into as the fell to the Skyforce at the Dr. Pepper Arena.
Texas simply did not have an answer for either Andre Dawkins or Tyler Johnson, who combined for 73 points. Those two alone hit 17 of 21 shots from three-point range.
It was enough to overpower a Legends team that had four players score at least 20, led by 27 from Damion James.
Sioux Falls had a 23-point lead with a minute to go in the third quarter; the Legends were able to trim that to eight with 1:14 to go but got no closer.
