Jaden Oberkrom’s 37-yard field goal as time expired capped off a comeback from nine points down in the fourth quarter to give the Horned Frogs the win in Morgantown.
Oberkrom was placed in field goal position thanks mainly to a 40-yard pass from Trevone Boykin to Kolby Listenbee – a huge play that made up for a tough day overall for the TCU quarterback.
TCU’s offense stalled for much of the first half, failing to convert on West Virginia turnovers and finding the team trailing 13-0 early on.
