Shawn Haviland and the RockHounds shut out the Riders for the first eight innings, while a four-run fourth inning and two RBI each from Conner Crumbliss and Dusty Coleman helped Midland put the game away.

Not even Blas Perez getting red carded as the first half ended could stop FC Dallas, as goals from Je-Vaughn Watson and Fabian Castillo allowed the club to move into a tie with Real Salt Lake.

The Missions’ three runs in the first two innings was more than enough for Leonel Campos, who struck out eight in six innings while allowing two hits

RANGERS 5 @ MIAMI 4 – MARTINEZ SHINES IN THE DAYLIGHT AGAIN
Nick Martinez got his third win of the year, with all three coming in day games. The Rangers got all five runs in the first two innings, with Alex Rios driving in two, and held on despite Neftali Feliz’s late struggles.

RANGERS 3 @ MIAMI 4 (10) – STANTON DELIVERS A FAMILIAR FACE HOME
This time it was the Rangers being the victims of a walk-off, as Giancarlo Stanton drove in former Ranger Jeff Baker to end things in the 10th.

RIDERS 5 SAN ANTONIO 4 – FRICO SEES THE ERROR OF MISSIONS’ WAYS
An error from Diego Goris brought home Hanser Alberto and Jake Skole to cap off a three-run eighth inning that turned everything around for Frisco.
