ESPN and Yahoo Sports have reported that the Houston Rockets, who had until 10:59 pm CT to make a decision, will not match the offer sheet the Mavericks tendered to restricted free agent Chandler Parsons.
The two sides are now reportedly working on a sign-and-trade that will help create a trade exception for the Rockets.
