Mavericks retain Devin, won’t get Carmelo

The Mavericks and Devin Harris have reportedly agreed to a three-year, $9 million contract, the same deal they had originally agreed to a year ago before Harris’ injury.

Meanwhile, NBC 5’s Newy Scruggs reports that Carmelo Anthony has eliminated the Mavericks, along with the Lakers, from teams he could sign with.
